Parents of 2003 Players,
As
our Development Ice for the ‘03s comes to an end, I want to thank you and those
who helped out, for what I hope was enjoyable and beneficial extra ice time for
the kids.
As
we transition to the next phase, we will be holding Tryouts Sep. 28 @ 5:00pm
Aburg Arena for any 2003 kids (only) who wish to play on the 2010-11 Select 7
Team, and who are within the OMHA defined boundaries for Amherstburg.
Once again we will have ice time approx. once per week in addition to Houseleague, to further develop the Select7 team and prepare them for next year - Novice Major Travel. These ice times will consist of practices, Exhibition games, and (2) Tournaments (Belle River Dec. 3-5 and St. Thomas Feb. 25-27).
Cost again will likely be in the $300-$500 range depending on Ice time, fundraising/sponsorship, etc… Please be sure to bring your $10 for TryOuts to pay for the ice time, and email
Coach Dustin ASAP if you plan on attending.
We’ll see some of you on Tuesday, and for the others - have a great season and we’ll see at the Rink.
