The following are highlights of the Town of Amherstburg - 'Libro Centre COVID Safety Plan'.

  1. All players, parents, and volunteers must submit a COVID screening questionnaire upon arrival at the Libro Centre. The questionnaire can be filled out electronically, using the QR Code situated at the main entrance, or alternately, by using a paper version.
  1. The QR code will allow the adults, players, family  members to input  for screening verification, all on the same questionnaire. The access the online questionnaire, simply open your phone's camera app, and point at the QR code on the board as you walk in. Click the link that appears and the questionnaire will open automatically. (Link also posted on AMHA Homepage).


  1. A paper reporting version will be used by those unable to complete the  on line. Individuals will not be allowed to enter the building if they do not pass the WECHU screening questionnaire.


  1. You will receive a Green Check Mark on your phone screen if you Pass the screening questioner. This screen with the Green Check Mark is to be shown to the attendant at the entrance table, confirming acceptance of the questionnaire. 


  1. Dressing rooms are open and available, with a maximum capacity of 13, with designated seating areas to ensure physical distancing of 2 metres. If physical distancing is not able to be maintained, then masks or facial coverings MUST be worn at all times until the participant puts their helmet on and goes onto the ice.

  2.  Showers facilities in each of the dressing rooms are available under current restrictions.


  1. User groups and teams attending the facility will be responsible to monitor and limit the number of persons per dressing room as per the signs posted to 13.
