Often, we hear from parents who worry about young athletes who are too hard on themselves. You're likely familiar with these types of athletes. They're perfectionists or perfectionist.

Welcome Parents and Players We are pleased to welcome you to the AMHERSTBURG STARS for the 2010-2011 season.  We are expecting an exciting hockey season with emphasis on hard work, respect, safety and most importantly FUN.  It is the continued goal of the coaching team to bring out the very best in our young hockey players in a positive and encouraging environment.

During Sunday night’s conditioning skate (Aug 15th) 5:30-6:30 pm at the Vollmer, we will be sizing and ordering this years’ team apparel, as well as signing the player cards for the OMHA.

The 2010-11 roster selections have been made by the coaching staff.
