PeeWee Minor, Travel Teams, 2016-2017 (Amherstburg Minor Hockey Association)

The Amherstburg Stars Peewee Minor team traveled to Chambly, Quebec to participate in the Canadian Cup Tournament. The boys went undefeated, 3-0, in pool play. They advanced right to the championship game Sunday Morning, defeating the West Mall Lightening for a second time, 10-0. The coaches and parents are extremely proud of the boys! Great weekend boys!

Congrats boys on a great weekend. The coaches are very proud of every player on team for giving 100% and competing with the best AA teams in the province.  Keep your heads high as second place is a great achievement in this tourney.

Congratulations boys on winning the 2016 Rumble on the Rink tourney!!!! It was a perfect weekend of hockey.  Keep up the good work!!

Please see the Tryout Player List for those players that are required to attend the Exhibition Game against Erie at Essex Arena on Wednesday, June 1 at 7:10pm. Please be dressed and ready no later than 7:00 pm. Please note: Players should wear an away (burgandy) Amherstburg jersey if they have one. If not, one will be provided. Each player must pay a $10 game fee before they are allowed on the ice. Those players not on the list have been released from the tryouts and we thank you for attending and wish you continued success in the upcoming season.
