Select 7, Travel Teams, 2010-2011 (Amherstburg Minor Hockey Association)

Team, Great showing on the weekend.  The kids (minus C. Demelo who was with us in spirit despite lounging on the beach) portrayed a lot of resiliency and character.  Having played (6) games in (3) days, including (3) games on Saturday (with the HL game), it was great to see they stepped it up and left it all on the ice.  We always hope that our Players have FUN in minor sports...

Team, I think our first practice went well overall.  The kids responded well and appeared to enjoy their surroundings.  There are a few things we'd like address as we approach our 2nd practice along with providing you a few updates...

If you are interested in extra ice time for your child, please visit the Player_Goalie Clinics_Oct 2010. 4 Sessions.  $15/ea.  26 Skaters / 4 Goalies Max.  Will run month to month.

Attn. S7 Parents, Great tryout tonight.  We have posted the S7 Player Roster and also added an Event to our S7 Calendar - we'd like to hold a Parent Meeting Sun. Oct. 3 11:00am in the Arena Auditorium (upstairs).  Please plan on attending or inform if you cannot.  More information to follow shortly... Looking forward to a great season.
